On me way for filming at AUSTRALIA ZOO I stopped off at a great little town called Landsborough.

I only had 50 bucks left. I still don't believe how much stuff I walked out of there with.....
Landsborough is about 4 KMs from Austrlia Zoo. This is a town I could get used to. The pub is incredible. Apart from the Cheap BEER with cheap & generous Meals,they have entertainment all the time.

Heaps of room for functions, a drive-through bottlo, a huge back verandah (well sheltered) and a funny old dunny were all well noted. Standing in the Men's room as we do..... I looked out across the stunning deck setting and eating area.

Quite quickly I realised that other's could see IN easily also.

The window in front of da dunny has no window.....Just quite a wide grill.

Standing there I pondered.

Do they care that I'm standing there doing what I'm doing.......and what happens if I get stage fright?

Da Markets were amazing. Dey was A True Blue showing of creative Aussieness. I got me some fruit and vege, a painting, a hand made greeting card, some insense, a YUCKER plant, some Snags for lunch, some silva for da mrs, a towel set for Mother's Day, a spine re-adjustment, an arty Guitar and some CHOCOLATE for me puppy girl....... sorry 'Patches' da Bickies didn't make it home.

Well they didn't say anything about Robbo not eatn them.....

PLUS pick up a few otha bargains too......AWDM

Robbo Da Yobbo is running Karaoke at Da BRUMBY BAR in Jindabyne for da whole ski season. So I didnt intend to try out......

Big FANKS to Channel 10 for planning an amazing event. The crew and organization were both AWDM. This whole process is quite amazing.
Robbo turned up on Saturday and da line went for Yonks. A few little tips. If you are told to get there at 8:30 the line will move after that time...


1. SO SIT DOWN. There were people standin for hours.


2. STAY WARM if you get there the night b4 SLEEP & STAY WARM!!!


3. Have a back-up team. Some bloke stayed all night for his MRS and she came back in da morn.


4. Have a few songs READY. If they ask you to sing somethin else.....HIT IT!!!!


5. RELAX & 'AVE FUN !!! if you know you should be there you wont be nervous.


Keep an eye out for CLINT. DA tall guy in the black. He works at a Theatre Restaurant on Da GOLD COAST and can sing any style.




Robbo turned up on Sunday, straight from da Pub, and got asked by every1 if I was tryn out. So I gave it a go knowing I'd get a "THANKS FOR COMING." I did....but I also got a "SEE YOU NEXT WEDNESDAY !!"



Some went on to Sydney and some didnt.I do feel sorry for those who turn up with STARS in their eyes and get sent away. Not only because they simply didnt make it, but because they have no1 in there lives who have da guts, to them Not To Bother......





Got some great vid in da mornin and all through da day. Robbo got to sing in front of da 3 judges. DO NOT MISS AUSTRALIAN IDOL 2009. There was some amazing tallent and I'm not just talking about the singin.
